Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original Soltech packaging, ensuring all hardware and instruction manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
